No shuttle, extra cost
I booked parking for Laguardia airport. The shuttle service ended up being the hotel shuttle service, which only runs hourly. I attempted to contact the shuttle north going to and coming from the airport to no avail. I had to spend $25 each way on taxis to avoid waiting for a non-responsive shuttle. After our return flight and paid taxi ride to the parking garage(it's a hotel parking garage) I was charged and additional $25 by the garage for oversized parking, since I own a Jeep. In the end, we ended up spending $40 more than an actual parking lot service with a dedicated shuttle. Lesson learned, do not use Way.
