REMITLEY IS A RUBBISH COMPANY AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!!! My transfer Reference number R12468488505 was sent on Friday morning and am being fobbed off every time I call them telling me it’s in the final stages but it’s still not been received on the other side! Very disappointing as they will keep you on the phone for over an hour each time to get a manager the respond to your call but the call the mysteriously get disconnected and you have to start all over again. And 4 days down they have offered me £30 in compensation and asked me to wait another 24 hours! Does it take 6 days for a transfer to take place? And they are not cancelling the transfer either saying that the money is with the receiving country and not with them but in the process of completing. It is the 4th time this has happened in the last 2-3 years. IT IS A RUBBISH COMPANY AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!!!
