Not at all satisfied. In March 2024, my employer signed up all employees to this insurance without asking if we wanted or not. Just few days before, during a regular dentist check, in my journal it was noted down that a crown was recommended. Because of this, the insurance is today refusing to pay the cost I had to sustain for the crown.
