Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Freedom Debt Relief has been a complete disappointment from start to finish. Their customer service is terrible. Every time I call, I get disconnected, transferred multiple times, or can’t get a straight answer from anyone. They make you wait while your credit accounts continue to get worse. Then, when creditors take legal action, it feels like they simply throw up their hands and offer no real solutions. That’s when you need help the most, but that’s exactly when they seem to disappear. To make matters worse, they charge extremely high fees for a service that has provided me with very little value. I feel like I paid a lot of money for broken promises and poor communication. If you’re considering Freedom Debt Relief, think twice. In my opinion, there are much better companies out there that actually support their clients instead of leaving them feeling abandoned.
