I was very surprised at all the features that the simple app has and I feel very supported by coach Avo. Although I know she is AI generated she is very intuitive to where I am at on a daily basis and will give me encouraging responses and suggestions on a variety of issues e.g. exercise and I also discovered some new recipes through suggestions from the coach. Admin responds very promptly to any queries I have had in the past and I appreciate the very positive responses I have been getting while using the app. I love the Simple app.
