Excellent customer support. The team responded quickly and resolved my account issue professionally. I appreciate their patience and willingness to help. However, I hope Topaz can improve the subscription experience. The Standard plan's maximum output resolution is too limiting for users who create large-format artwork and professional prints. It would be great if Standard subscribers could purchase additional high-resolution rendering credits or unlock larger output sizes without upgrading to the full Pro plan. Overall, Topaz remains one of the best AI image enhancement tools available, and I look forward to future improvements. Thank you!
