Easy, Informative, Consistent
It's been a very easy and informative process so far. I've been able to use the payment calculator to determine how much sense this makes for our family. There is no bait and switch tactics. Everything offered has been consistent with no change which is a tremendous relief. Everyone I have spoken with has been very friendly and willing to answer all my questions. I definitely would recommend this to anyone else.
