Our every expectation was exceeded.
The staff on the ship were very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure that we all have a positive experience. The onboard guest speaker was excellent in every way -- he was very well-prepared for all of his lectures and port previews. I looked forward to all of his sessions. The entire leadership team struck me as superb. From the cruise and excursion directors to the restaurant, hotel and housekeeping managers all obviously took pride in their team's work.
