The Waterdrop experience has been great from order to install. I originally ordered the wrong faucet color. They shipped me the right one and paid for return shipping of the other one which was incredibly nice to them. They were also helpful with install support. So far I’m very happy with my X12 and the Waterdrop experience from order to install. Thanks Doreen from customer service!
