Refund policy and support
If the product works, then gamsgo is great. But if doesn't, then it sucks so bad. I tried to refund the product 3 times, and every time the price was going down, while the refund never happened. It was delayed over and over again, and canceled on its own. The worst part is that the money would return as credits, and not on my wallet. So not only does it not refund, if it does. Then it's only so that you may spend them again, and while you also receive less than what you've spent. Literally the worst experience I've had, I didn't expect this from a well established company.
