Unable to determine package details
It was almost impossible to determine the details of the package I wanted to select which was extremely frustrating Here’s a polished version of your message: --- It was extremely frustrating that I could not easily determine the details of the package I wanted to select. Please note that I was initially directed to a different site where the information I needed was not available. As a result, I had to search through my WhatsApp history to locate the correct site.
