Great Customer Service
I initially had concerns about the availability of replacement heads for my electric toothbrush, especially as they were difficult to find locally and only available online with additional shipping costs. However, after contacting Hismile's customer support, they responded promptly, understood my concerns, and went above and beyond by locating replacement heads in their warehouse and sending them to me free of charge. I appreciate the excellent customer service and the effort they made to resolve the issue. My only suggestion would be to improve the long-term availability of replacement heads for existing customers.
