had a very disappointing experience with Use.AI. The website’s design and presentation made me believe I was purchasing access to the official Claude service by Anthropic. Only after the payments were processed did I realise that Use.AI is a separate third-party platform. I was charged €77.93 and €49.99 on the same day, within almost the same time. After repeated contact, the company refunded the €77.93 charge but refused to refund the €49.99 charge. I am still waiting for the refund of the remaining €49.99. Support keeps repeating that this amount cannot be refunded, but they have not clearly explained why two charges made through the same purchase process were treated differently, what exactly each payment was for, or which part of their refund policy justifies refusing the second refund.
