WARNING: Unauthorized $69/month subscription trap
WARNING: Unauthorized $69/month subscription trap I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I discovered that I have been silently charged $69 every single month for 8 months for a service I never knowingly signed up for or authorized. Like many other reviewers, I only used their site once for a quick document task, unaware that it would trap me in an expensive recurring monthly subscription hidden in the fine print. I never received clear disclosure of these charges. When I finally caught it and contacted their support, they promised to send a request form to resolve the issue, but they completely ghosted me and never sent it. Do not trust this company with your credit card information!
