I use the £1.95 foureteen day usage as I only had one, one page document to translate. It was very easy to use and worked well. Job done. HOWEVER a couple of weeks later I had £49.95 taken out of my account as a subscription. It had not been clear at all that this would happen and to say I was annoyed was the least of it I cancelled my account and asked for a refund. Initial reply not promising. HOWEVER I sent another email and to their credit they responded and said they understood and would refund my money. And they did! So ..it works and did a good job on translation but just watch out if you do not need an ongoing subscription
