Breach of contract was the case that they made be
Purchased a $350 item because it stated, clearly that you get a free x, y, and z, with the purchase of that item. Paid for it...contacted them to see how to claim the free x, y, and z... was told, no... that's a mistake...we're not going to honor that. I showed em the screen recording that revealed what they had clearly stated on their site... didn't matter... not gonna budge. In addition to this, I've had several packages from them show up, having been taped so poorly that there was open access for reaching in and pulling items out... twice now, there have been components of an order missing from said packages. They mostly ignore the messages I send them, attempting to resolve these matters. Also...watch the prices on their sites, including ebay and Facebook... there's a lot of price manipulation that goes on... marking stuff really high for awhile, so they can call it, "on sale," later on, though the, "on sale," price is still above what you can find the item for elsewhere. Sneaky...shifty business model!
