Ordered in March and haven’t received…
Ordered in March and haven’t received my item as of July 23. Tracking info doesn’t work and customer service says it’s in transit… for 3 1/2 months? Definitely a scam.
They charge a RESTOCK Fee for BAD Product
They charge a RESTOCK Fee even when the website have very minimum detail on the product. I ordered a DEPO brand taillight and it did not come with the wiring or bulb needed. Website have NO descition at all. So I ordered another brand TYC which the website have a descent description as to what's included. When I tried to return the DEPO brand, they wanted to charge me 20% restock fee for something that they have no description on the site for. That is totally unfair.
