They have great marketing but the products are cheaply made and the customer service is horrible. They don’t send you notifications of when the products are shipped, and the items are shipped by different carriers. The jewelry is cheap and the clasps are flimsy. I emailed customer service to return the items for a refund and they kept responding with emails saying I can keep the items for a store credit. I had to email 4 times saying I want a refund and not a credit. I don’t understand why I have to argue to get a refund when the items are eligible for that and I just received 3 of the 4 items today. Also, why would I want to keep the items and purchase more when I say I’m dissatisfied with the quality of the products. They also made me send a picture to let them know the “issue” when I said I wasn’t happy with the quality. Finally they agreed to let me get a refund but I have to wait for the 4th item to arrive to return them. They also have on fine print that it will take 6-8 weeks to get a refund AFTER they process your return.
