A minute to learn, a lifetime to master
I bought a Dome when they first came out and even though it had been covered, water somehow got in and froze, basically destroying it...Gozney was kind enough to give us a deep discount on the new Dome 2.0 and it is FANTASTIC. We have made at least a dozen pizzas in it in the few weeks we've had it as well as roasted a variety of vegetables - from wild mushrooms to shishito peppers to carrots - and everything has come out amazing!! I've used it mostly with natural gas but have been experimenting with wood fire cooking and looking forward to mastering my technique in both! I would highly recommend the Dome 2.0 to anyone who is serious about outdoor cooking and has the time and patience to learn how to use it. I'll add that the Gozney videos are really good and after spending a rainy afternoon watching several hours worth my technique had improved. Thank you for bringing a wonderful product to market and all the tweaks that make the 2.0 even better than the first iteration.
