This company only give vouchers if the item is faulty not refunds
I PURCHASED A Lovehoney Rose Suction Stimulator which cost me £60 and it was a total waste of time there was not enough suction, they said they would accept it back and give me a GIFT VOUCHER - my point to them is if they can accept it back with a gift voucher then instead of a voucher give a refund, because they are basically going to resell it woulld you want a reusable sex toy yuk yuk yuk.....so i am going to write to Trading Standards under the Health & Safty Rules
