Fabulous!
Found out this a.m. that a subscription order was in process. YIKES! I still have lots of product, thus didn't want nor need anymore. Not sure if the subscription rmdr email didn't hit my inbox or that I missed it. I emailed 'hi@everydaydose.....' & recv'd a quick response. That impressed me, b/c I had a time sensitive issue & reached out just b/4 their hours. Customer Service efforts QUITE timely & proactive. Several back & forth emails in efforts to resolve, but in the end, the issue was rectified & more! I really appreciate the out of the ordinary customer support! FYI: All who helped from Everyday Dose, sorting out the issue, you ARE SO appreciated & I'm very grateful for! Fabulous company, esp JULIA, who went to bat to rectify our issue.
