Very thoughtfull jesture
They were out of the item to fulfill my order. They notified me and gave me other color options. When I responded the fulfilled my order with a different color and added more engraving on the item than I originally asked for. I thought that was very kind of them to make up for making my order being shipped a day later. Thanks, the small urns are a great gift for my husbands son and grandchildren.
