Lost money lost trust
Such a loss of money and such poor treatment of loyal customers. After purchasing a large package, we informed CueMath in advance about our summer travel, but they refused to pause the classes and allowed more than half of our prepaid package to disappear. Our holiday was made stressful by constant follow-ups, with no proper support or solution provided. This experience felt extremely unfair and left us feeling that the company cared more about keeping our money than supporting its customers. Very disappointing experience.
