My package went to my old address, and it would have been helpful if, like many companies, you offered a way to retrieve or reroute it. Better customer service would include a clear policy that helps customers recover packages sent to an old address. The phone rep were kind but, some of them didn’t communicate clearly through text as if English was not their first language. Improve text message communication.
Order wasn’t delivered
Order wasn’t delivered. Proof of delivery photo shows a completely different address. Stockx says not our problem. Call the police. So no shoes out over two hundred bucks on what’s likely a delivery mistake. Call the cops. Awful customer service.
