Duvet set arrived with a rip in it, appalling customer service!
Ordered a duvet set to match another one ordered. One had a 10cm rip on a pillowcase. Contacted Customer Service, concerned if started a returns process the set would sell out. No response despite marked urgent. Contacted again, offered a £1.40 discount!! Declined, started a returns process as appeared no solution unless was returned despite them seeing photos of the rip. No returns code has yet been sent, but the duvet set has sold out! A local repair will cost £10. I have no alternative other than to pay this as it is for a matching set, have told them this and they have never responded, not even to give the £1.40 refund as pointless as that is. Will not order from them again,
