I ordered a 6-month supply of Acuvue Oasys for Astigmatism, but upon trying i noticed my right eye prescription was off. I submitted a complaint, but bc the Rx was correct, they said they couldn't do anything. I literally couldn't wear them and eventually they gave in and only refunded me 50% of my order. Ordering from another company, I realized the issue was a manufacturing issue. The lenses didn't have the right thickness. Regardless of the Rx, this should have been taken into consideration so I could have gotten a full refund.
