I love Mint and Lily. Excellent product and customer service. My only complaint is the request for feedback with a $25 gift card offer. I responded to this request twice. I received a gift card the first time. The second time i did not receive a gift card and when i follow up was told it is only one per customer. I don't understand why i continue to get this offer if I am not eligible. I got a survey offer with a $25 gift card again today. There is no clarification on eligibility with the offer. I think the company should change how this is done. Regards, Heather Mahaffey
