Absolutely Awful Delivery Timescales and no communication
Ordered replacement sofa covers at the start of July and still no sign of the order. Received a note saying order was on the way but the tracking details say there is details of the order. I paid for what is laughably described as 'expedited' but nearly a month later there is nothing. Can't believe in this day and age, a company takes fairly expensive orders and continues to be so atrociously poor are delivering on those orders. Should be ashamed.
