Samuel a great kind and efficient Frontier employee.
Samuel was a great help changing my flight tickets. Cordial and very efficient, a pleasure to work with him. He even made me a discount honoring by recently birthday, which I highly appreciate. It is my hope that Frontier takes amazing care of their great employees like Samuel. Sincerely, Maria Cristina Zapata Gonzalez Pacheco
