Spot has been wonderful to work with. Every representative pleasant and always asked how my pet was. Any questions I may have asked, they answered thoroughly. My claim went through and I’ve received reimbursement. Very professional. I am much happier with SPOT than the prior pet insurance I had. I know my premium may go up, but hoping not too much as I am impressed with the professionalism of the Spot staff. Thank you.
