Exceptional Customer Service that Earned My Continued Loyalty
I recently had a great experience with Budget Air that I would like to share. After a very busy day at work, I accidentally booked my son's tickets for October instead of August – the same year and dates, but the wrong month. I contacted customer service immediately, and although I had not purchased the free ticket-change option, Budget Air understood the situation and promptly issued a full refund. I was then able to purchase new tickets with the correct dates right away. I have been a Budget Air customer for many years and will continue to be. In addition to offering excellent flight options, BA provides highly professional customer service and a thoughtful, individual approach to its customers.
