wix is nightmere - transfering domain means 7 days downtime
I had a nightmare with wix. I transferred my domain and they changed the primary NS without my permission resulting in complete shutdown of my 26 years old website. Imagine all emails being rejected and website not being resolved. This is not all, wix team refused to take the responsibility. They did not allow me to even manager DNS records until the transfer is complete (which takes 5 min for other registrars but 7 days in case of wix) They even refused to acknowledge the domain was with them despite the WHOIS showed wix as registrar. They were completely at peace while I cried over for 3 days for my website staying down.
