The driver was excellent and the car was very comfortable. However, I cannot give a good overall review because I had specifically booked a transfer with a baby car seat, and the car that picked us up did not have one. This meant that I had to travel with a baby under two years old without a proper child seat, which was extremely unsafe and not what I booked or paid for. My complaint is not about the driver, but about the company failing to provide the safety equipment requested and confirmed. This should never have happened.
