I would like to recognize the outstanding service we received from the Hertz representative, Salman. He was professional, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, made everything easy to understand, and ensured we had a great experience. We were four girls under the name Rana, and Salman provided us with excellent customer service. His kindness, patience, and professionalism made a real difference and made our experience with Hertz smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for having such a dedicated team member.
