Issues trying to alter and leave the program.
Was about what you would expect up until the last week of the program. I had a representative actually argue with me about what I could and couldn't do with my dedicated account. I had to have my bank account removed to stop automatic drafts because the representative told me it was impossible to stop. Then I got hit with a fee to send my remaining balance by check rather than direct deposit. I withdrew from the program... I refuse to acknowledge "graduation" as they call it. I'm sure they falsified many clients like that to boost metrics on their end. Would not recommend.
