Wedding products not delivered on time
Have put two orders through with Zazzle recently. One was fine, the second has been a real issue, currently a week after its arrival date it’s still not been shipped. This is after messaging them earlier this week already and being promised a new arrival date that will now be missed. When I enquired about basic information about the order, such as where it was being manufactured and sent from they didn’t know. Poor service and poor customer care. A shame as the good order (which was actually ordered later) was of good quality. Despite telling them the order is for our wedding they don’t seem to have any sense of urgency.
