Customer service was fantastic with Beria G. Super helpful in all the process. Unfortunately the arrival of my new RO system A2G took a bit more time than ideal, especially taking into account that I had opted for the faster service. I was able to get confirmation of what was the situation. Regarding the machine, it is great but there would be 2 important details to share. The initial taste is not perfect but... it's just a matter of a few more flush cycles. The other downside of the machine is that it makes more noise than expected because of its function of refreshing the water. Nothing too critical as long as you don't have the machine near a bedroom. All in all I am quite satisfied, especially by the sympathy that I received.
