Poor Returns policy
I bought two items, first pair of jeans didn't fit so bought another pair in similar style and sized up. I thought I could return one the first pair while waiting for the second. The second pair were not a good fit either. The returns process was complicated and not easy to get items back to UK from Ireland 😕 I ended up with two pairs of jeans that I could not return - I won't buy from them again. They need to make returning goods a lot easier and customer-friendly.
