God help you if you need personal support
Ipvanish probably deliver a very good service but if you have problems and need help then god help you. Unfortunatly the software impacted my iPhone so coud'nt access the internet - I cancelled the service (or so I thought) and subscribed to another vpn provider, 1 year later I had another charge from ipvanish, I assumed I made an error cancelling so accepted the charge but once again cancelled the service (or so I thought) 2 years later and I now have another charge for 2 years subscription ! I went on again to cancel following ipvanish complex cancellation process, this failed and was told to contact customer services but no contact details for customer services are provided or easily found on the web site- when I did get in touch and explained I had not used the service for 3 years and did not want to renew for a further 2 years I was told that ipvanish policy does not allow refunds for this situation!!!!
