I love Punkcase products, BUT
I love Punkcase products, but dealing with customer service is ridiculous. I ordered a case for my phone and it did not fit. I contacted their support through email And their onlune form MANY times; no response. I finally ordered again to try and get the right product and they responded right away, thanking me for my repeat business. I kept asking for RMA information for my 1st order and delivery information for my 2nd order... Several weeks, and countless messages later, I was told they didn't have the product I needed but would ship it out when they got it in. I requested and received a refund for the 2nd order, since I never received it, but got stuck with the cost of the case that didn't fit!
