They have NOT yet responded to an email in which I needed assistance due to an error on their app in canceling their services and it has been almost a week now after I was told by their agent it wouldnt be more than 48 hours, Im beginning to suspect this on purpose. Their customer service was also very poor when I was trying to resolve this issue.
