The system is great
The system is great and using the website and app quite easy. As hosts our needs were met and our guests needs were met so that makes us happy. The only thing we had a hard time with is that we had to call your customer service number twice and both times the people on the phone were kind of condescending. It kind of made us worried about needing to call in the future.
