Oh boy... Beware of customer support
Oh boy... I've used this company for years and everything was fine until I discovered that unauthorized calls are charged to my account. I don't even understand how this was possible because I linked the account to specific phone numbers. How did people started calling all over the world with my account? And when I contacted them about it they kept on asking for more and more information, repeating previous request and asking for information that they should already know. This was never ending. When I asked to cancel my account and purge my information, another unending loop of questions began. I'm still waiting for resolution.
