I was really disappointed with my experience ordering from Funny Fuzzy. My order took almost two months to arrive. During that time, I sent multiple emails asking for updates, but I only ever received generic, automated-style responses that didn’t answer my questions. The lack of communication and customer service was extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, the product isn’t as advertised. The website images clearly show the couch cover hanging over the sides of the couch, but the one I received doesn’t hang over at all. It doesn’t look anything like the photos used to market it, which is very misleading. Overall, between the long shipping delays, poor communication, and the product not matching the advertised images, I can’t recommend purchasing from Funny Fuzzy.
