Outdoorsy hosting is frustrating
UPDATE (edit): Outdoorsy did refund the $50, which let me know some humans do work there. That said, their app needs a lot of work to be similar or equivalent to an Air B&B. Updated score from 1 to 4 stars. I am an Outdoorsy host. I moved and obviously my RV moved with me. So I had to cancel a November booking (I did this in July). They charged me $50. It’s my RV. I think it’s reasonable to cancel a reservation of MY RV 4 months in advance without being charged for it. This is my third highly frustrating interaction with this unprofessional organization.
