I received one tester in an order I made which contained zero liquid. I expected a compassionate, apologetic response and instead I was basically accused and advised they wanted pictures. They want pictures of the shipping box etc. of course these types of requests are the same as saying F U customer which I would appreciate and respect more than such waste of time BS. Sadly that one completely fumbled interaction is all it takes.
