Scams just to get you to subscribe.
Update: no they haven't resolved the matter at all. I'm having two charges taken out of my account under false advertising! This is not resolved, the customer service has been shocking. Don't bother apologising, when you clearly don't mean it. Ordered the July box as it came with a free gift, it accepted the promotion. The confirmation email said free gift, and then after it is dispatched I get an apology email and it tells me it will come with the August box. I'm then told oh well it runs out, however, from the reviews people weren't recieving this at the start of July either. Clearly a con to get you into a subscription that is then difficult to get out off, they are already looking to charge me for August. Scam.
