I have gone through US Services so many times and never had an issues, turns out this apartment complex uses a third party to verify ESA letters now and I was reaching out to customer service and nobody was able to give me clear instructions on what i needed to do next. I talked to Tracy and she was immediately able to decipher the emails the third party was sending and exactly what i had to do. She didn’t send me to anyone else or tell me someone would call me back, she took it upon herself to help me fill out the form even to make sure it was all settled once and for all..
