I have ordered two other times no issues got my orders on time. I ordered another cooling mat for my dad's dog shipped on June 5th and still dont have it. Order status says delivered but it never was. I reached out to the company and they claim its the first part of the shipping and once the local carrier receives my order they will update the shipping status with new tracking. We'll that happened a month ago and still nothing. I reached out couple more times and keep getting the same story. I told them ship me out a new order or return my money. They will not return my emails now. Do not buy from them. I love the beds I already received from them but sounds like this business has gone down hill and just taking people's money. Very sad
