Everything went like clockwork. Initially I tried to work with the person who hit my car's insurer - State Farm was a Circus with one clown show after another!!! - I made the wise decision of contacting NJM. In about 30 minutes the ball was rolling!!! Tracey Parker is INCREDIBLE!!!! The Body Shop was FANTASTIC!!! My car looks like new!!!
